Once you register, you will receive pre-course materials via email. Please make sure to review all emails and homework from these materials so you feel ready and confident for your first class. Learning with your dog takes time. Throughout the year we will offer options for continuing education for you and your dog. These are outlined in our class & specialty course descriptions so that you have realistic expectations for what your dog should be expected (and not expected) to do after 4-5 weeks of training. Your mirrored effort at home will directly impact your results!

No. Tails to Trails is a seasonal trail walks membership for those who wish to join a safe, committed, tight-knit group of dog owners who "get it". If this feels like a fit for you and your dog, you are welcome to sign up for this seasonal membership in addition to your other Spot On classes.

IF SPOT ON DOG TRAINING CANCELS YOUR SESSION: Full credit, transfer or refund will be issued. IF CLIENT CANCELS 10 BUSINESS DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE OF THE CLASS OR SESSION START DATE: Full credit, transfer or refund. IF CLIENT CANCELS LESS THAN 10 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE CLASS OR SESSION START DATE: Credit, transfer or refund less a $50 processing fee. Clients who request a transfer or withdraw after beginning a course, they will be subject to a $50 processing fee and receive a prorated refund or partial credit for another group class. No refunds are provided after the second week of a course. Packages of private sessions are non-refundable. Sessions must be utilized within 90 days of purchase. All remaining sessions after the 90 day period will be forefitted and a new package must be purchased for subsequent sessions. If you must cancel a class or session due to a human or canine medical or family emergency, we will transfer you to the next available class, pending availability.
