Pupstreet Brew Dogs

Level up your dog's skills to be a perfect patio pup

Teaching brewery manners helps keep patios dog-friendly

Advanced skill refinement and real-world practice

Learn essential skills for safe and enjoyable taproom visits with your best friend.

Calm

The Brewery is perfect for chill hangouts with friends, including furry ones! Well-behaved dogs are welcome on the patio (not in the taproom), but it's not a dog park. Keeping your dog calm is crucial for a dog-friendly environment.

Quiet

A great brewery dog should also be quiet during their visit. While barking is natural, excessive noise can disrupt others' experiences. If your dog tends to bark, consider shorter visits and prepare them with exercise and distractions like a peanut butter Kong.

On a Leash

Keeping your dog on a leash is crucial for their safety and shows respect to other brewery guests and hosts. Off-leash dogs pose risks and increase liability, so it's essential to adhere to leash guidelines to maintain dogs' welcome status at breweries.

People and Dog-Neutral

  • Your dog should be able to handle interactions with people and other dogs at the brewery.

  • It's beneficial if your dog remains indifferent towards strangers/dogs but can tolerate their presence.

  • If your dog displays nervousness or aggression towards others, seek professional training before visiting the brewery.

Most of my previous dogs were rescue dogs that already had their foundations. Tio is my first dog I am raising from a puppy. Shannon was so great in helping me to train him (and training me, really!). We both learned a lot in just the first few sessions. Shannon is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. She can meet all your doggy training needs!

We really enjoyed our training with Spot on Dog Training. Shannon, the trainer, is organized and very calm. She’s very positive and encouraging. She’s also a good communicator.
I learned as much as my dog!

I would definitely recommend Spot on Dog Training for anyone wanting to have a well behaved dog, or as a good refresher just to have some fun with your pet.

Shannon is an incredible resource for our island regarding dog behaviour and training. She was kind, supportive, informative and the one-on-one sessions really gave us a solid foundation and a ton of useful tools to help us train and understand our puppy. I couldn't recommend more Shannon and Spot On Dog Training.
